We like to start our yoga feeling warm, so we like to start off with a Tank Top as a base and then a Half Sleeve Tunic on top. Then as our bodies warm up, we take off the Half Sleeve Tunic and then put it straight on again when we feel we are cooling down.

You can see how nicely the fabric moves with the body. This is a special blend of fabric specifically selected to perform as a fitness top and be very comfortable to wear for other casual occasions.
