Yummy and Natural Energy Drink!

I needed a booster after my jog and after a very very long day. Exactly what my body needed!

So many grapes on my vines in my garden! Been waiting for them to ripen up and finally filled a buckets worth.

All the fresh produce for my yummy juice has been grown in my garden. I love making juices and experimenting with different recipes. Nothing more rewarding then making your own juice from your garden.

All you need is a good juicer and tasty fresh produce. Worth while investigating first on your high st to see if there are any local fruit/veg shops or independent stores that may stock produce from farms near by.

To make 1/2 pint of juice you need:
350gms grapes
100gms (4 plums)
1/2 teaspoon of Wheat Germ
1/4 teaspoon of Spirulina

Spirulina and wheat germ are optional, they are an extra booster and high in antioxidants.
Feel free to add anything in the fridge that might need saving-great way not to waste and help improve flavour.
